RESOLUTION NO. 620 RESOLUT.1ON OF THE CARLSBAD CITY PLANNING COMMISSION GRANTING CERTAIN AMENDMENTS TO PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 585 (GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT OF EL.
