HomeMy WebLinkAbout1969-05-27; Planning Commission; Resolution 623- w s, - RESOLUT I ON NO. ,623 1 A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD CI,TY PLANNING COMMISSION GRANTING A VARIANCE ON PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE SOUTHER.LY SIDE OF MAGNOLIA AVENUE BETWEEN GRECOURT LANE AND ADAMS STREET. 2 WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 9060 3 the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad did on May 27, 4 6 SAM and ELIZABETH A. GENDUSA for a Variance for the purpose of 5 hold a duly noticed public hearing to consider the application known as 1149 Magnolia Avenue, and as Parcel 3, Book 205, Page 9 of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, commonl) 8 in order to create a "Panhandle" Lot on real property in the Ci 7 reduction in required lot frontage from 60.00 feet to 20.00 fee 10 of Assessor's Map of San Diego County, being on the Southerly I 11 of Magnolia Avenue, between Grecourt Lane and Adams Street, an( 12 particularly described as: 13 14 15 Portion of Tract 241, Thum Lands, Map 1681, in the City of'carlsbad, County .of San Diego, State of California; more particularly described in application on file in the office of the Planning Department. 16 /I WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and consider 17 I/ the testimony and arguments, if any, of all persons who desirec 18 19 be heard, said Commission did find the following facts and reas to exist which make the Granting of a Variance necessary to car 20 21 22 23 2.
