A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD CI,TY PLANNING COMMISSION
GRANTING A VARIANCE ON PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE SOUTHER.LY
SIDE OF MAGNOLIA AVENUE BETWEEN GRECOURT LANE AND ADAMS
STREET.
2 WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 9060
3 the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad did on May 27,

SAM and ELIZABETH A. GENDUSA for a Variance for the purpose of 5

1. That the granting of subject Variance will not be material
detrimental to the public welfare or injurious to the prop
or:improvements in the vicinity in which the property is
located;
affect the Comprehensive General Plan;
3. That subject Variance is necessary for the preservation an
enjoyment of a substantial property right possessed by 0th
property in the same area.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commission
