A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
IbENY1NG'A..CONDI'TIONAL USE PERMIT EXTENSION AND AMENDMENT,
LOCATED APPROXIMATELY TWO MILES EAST OF PALOMAR AlRPORT
AND NORTH OF PALOMAR AIRPORT ROAD.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 906(
4 the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad did on June 1(

1969 hold a duly noticed public hearing to consider the applic

San Diego County.
WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and conside
the testimony and arguments, if any, of all persons who desire
be heard, s.aid Commission did find the following facts and rea
to exist which make the denial of a Conditional Use Permit
necessary to carry out the provisions and general purpose of

D. That the application is premature at this time due to

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commissio
of the City of Carlsbad, that it does hereby deny a Condition
Use Permit on said property.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
Carlsbad City Planning Commission held on the 10th day of Jun
1969, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Commissioners Forman, Little, Palmateer, Hermsen
and Jose.
NOES : None.
ABSENT: Commissioners Gul lett and Dewhurst.
