WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 906 the Planning Commission did on June 10, 1969 hold a duly noti public hearing to consider the application of ROBERT L. CLARK AL, for a Conditional Use Permit for the purpose of allowing construction of a mobile home park on property located approx mately one mile Northerly of El Camino Real, near and Souttiea: of Calavera Lake, on the following described property: 91 10 3-1 -1 Portion of Lot D, Rancho Agua Hedionda, Map 823, in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of Californ being Parcels 2 and 5, Book 168, Page 5 of the Assessor', ~ Map of San Diego County. i 322 /I WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and considl the testimony and arguments, if any, of all persons who desire be heard, said Commission did find the following facts and re< to exist which make the granting of a Conditional Use Permit necessary to carry out the provisions and general purpose of ( 17 j/ nance NO. 9060: 1. The proposed mobile home park will help fulfill the urger need for low-cost housing. 2. The granting of the proposed land use will not be detrime to the public welfare or injurious to the vicin.ity and zc in which the Conditional Use Permit would be granted. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commissior the City of Carlsbad, that it does hereby grant a Conditional Permit on said property for the purpose of allowing the constr of a mobile home park, subject to the following conditions anc 2711 limitations: 28 29 30 33, 32 1. The Conditional Use Permit shall be subject to the filing a Final Parcel Map. 2. The interior streets do not meet City standards, are not acceptable for public dedication, and are not to be shown on the Final Parcel Map. 3. Dedication and improvement shall be required for College Boulevard -- that portion required to secure a right-of-w 102 feet in width in accordance with City standards, insa as this property is concerned.
