A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING AN AMENDMENT TO ORDINANCE NO.
9060 BY AMENDING ARTICLE 5, SECTION 500, SUBPARAGRAPH 3,
AND ADDING SUBPARAGRAPH 23 AND 24 TO ARTICLE 1.4, SECTION
1400, REGARDING GREENHOUSES AND PACKING AND SORTING SHED! 1
2 The Carlsbad City Planning Commission of the City of 311 Carlsbad does hereby resolve as follows:
4 11 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did on the 13th day (
5/( May, 1969, adopt Resolution of Intention No. 65 to amend Ordi 611 NO. 9060, Article 5, Section 500, Subparagraph 3, and adding '11 paragraph 23 and 24 to Article 14, Section 1400; and

WHEREAS, said Planning Commission did on the 10th day
June, 1969, hold a duly advertised public hearing as prescril

by law to consider an amendment to Ordi-nance No. 9060, by amc
Article 5, Section 500, Subparagraph 3, and Article 14, Sect
1400, by adding Subsect ions 23 and 24, to read as fol lows :
Article 5, Section 500, Subparagraph 3 of Ordinance Nc
9060 is hereby amended to read as follows:
"(3) Greenhouses other than those involving the use 01
sheet plastic; greenhouses involving the use of sheet
plastic of a total floor area of 2,000 square 'feet or
less; packing or sorting sheds of a total floor area (
600 square feet or less; fruit trees; nut trees; vine!
21 ll and other horticultural stock."

"(23) Greenhouses involving the use of sheet plastic ( 24
Subparagraphs 23 and 24 are hereby added to Article 11
23 Section 1400, of Ordinance No. 9060, to' read as follows:
