A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD CITY PLANN[NG
COMMlSSlON RECOMMENDING TO THE Cl,TY COUNCIL
A TENTATtVE MAP OF CARLSBAD [NDlJSTR(AL PARK,
WHEREAS, the Carlsbad City Planning Commission did recei

I NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Tentative Map 0'

8. All distribution utility facilities within the bound:
of the subdivision shall be placed underground, as
required by the Ordinance.

9. Ornamental street lighting shall be provided for, as
required by Ordinance.
10. A grading plan shall be submitted as required by
Ordinance, prior to issuance of building permits on any of the lots.
11. Location, grade and details of proposed improvements i
indicated upon the Tentative Map, shall be subject to
revisions as required for improvement plans, and apprc
of the map will not imply acceptance as submi,tted.
12. Street widths as shown, are satisfactory.
13. All improvements shall comply'with the Sta.ndard Plans
specifications of the City of Carlsbad.
14. Street pavement structure in all internal streets shal
be designed to support the anticipated commercial tra
use. Street pavement structures in El Camino Real sh'
meet the San Diego County Road Department Design stan
shall be of sufficient width to provide one (1) parki
lane and one (1) driving lane, and shall meet the pen
County improvement of El Camino Real.
15. Concrete curb and gutter shall be installed in all st

16. A sidewalk, no-less than five feet (5 ft. 1 in width,

18. Surface drainage of storm waters in El Camino Real sh
be satisfactory. Surface drainage of storm waters in
ail other streets to points of concentration will be
satisfactory. Adequate inlets and conduits will be
required to carry concentrated drainage waters from p
of street concentration through easements to existing
natural drainage channels with erosion protection bey
as needed.
19. Water mains, including one-inch (1 in.) diameter mini
.. services to e.ach lot shall be constructed as requirec
the City.
20. Sanitary sewers, including required manholes and appl
tenances with four-inch (4 in.) diameter minimum serk
laterals for each lot, shall be constructed as requir
by the City. An offsite sewer system will have to be
constructed in El Camino Real.
21. Survey monuments and street trees shall be installed
required by City standards.
22. Alignment, location and grade of all improvements sh;
be subject to approval of the City Engineer. Complel

22. plans and specifications shall be submitted as requir
for checking and approval, before construction of an)
improvement is commenced. The dedication of rights-c
way and the a1 ignment and grade of El Camino Real
improvements shall conform to County of San Diego plc
for this street.
23. The subdivider shall furnish the U.S. Post Office,
Carlsbad, California 92008, with a copy of the final
subdivision map.
24. If, at some future time, and with the exception of
Items No. 14 and 16, the Carlsbad City Council shall
deem necessary to waive installation of sidewalks in
line with street improvements covered in these items,
these sidewalks shall be completed at such time as
the County of San Diego submits its final grade for
widening of El Camino Real.
