HomeMy WebLinkAbout1969-07-08; Planning Commission; Resolution 630- /I @ 0 I /I j/ ~ /I 1') i 2j 31 RESOLUTION NO. 630 A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD CITY PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDING TO THE CtTY COUNCIL APPROVAL OF A TENTATIVE MAP FOR LAGUNA RIVIERA, UNITS 4 THROUGH 9 WHEREAS, the Carlsbad City Planning Commission did recc iI 4 11 on June 12, 1969, a Tentative Map, to be known as -LAGUNA RIVIEI fji\UNITS NO. 4 THROUGH 9, submitted by KAMAR CONSTRUCTlON COMPANY, glowner and subdivider, located on approximately 71 acres of proF 7/located on the Westerly side of Kelly Drive and Easterly from F 8jDrive; said property being a portion of Lot I, Rancho Agua Hedi giMap 823, in the City of Carlsbad; being a portion of Parcel 10; I ~ I 10,Book 207, Page 100 of Assessor's Map of San Diego County. i 11 j I I WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did consider the Tent: lBiMap as submitted, comprised of 219 Lots; and ~ 13 j WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did take into consider 14ithe reports of the various City agencies and utility companies; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Tentative Map 0 l5I 16 approved subject to the following conditions: 171 1. Location, grade and details of the proposed improvement indicated'upon the Tentative Map, will be subject to re vision as required for improvement plans, and approval the map wil-l not imply acceptance as submitted. 9 i 101 14. Sidewalks shall be five (5) feet in width and located contiguous to the curb throughout the subdivi,sion. All required street name signs, barricades and safety devices shall be installed. Complete plans and specifications shall be submitted as required for checking and approval, before constructior any improvements is commenced. The subdivider shall h: the original drawings revised to reflect as-built condi prior to acceptance of the subdivision improvements by City. AND FINALLY RESOLVED, that a copy of this resolution be forwarded to the City Council of the City of Carlsbad for its attention, in the manner prescribed by law. PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of th Carlsbad City Planning Commission, held on the 8th day of July 1969, by the following vote, to wit: AYES: Commissioners Palmateer, Little, Dewhurst, Herm! and Jose.
