RESOLUTION NO. 630
A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD CITY PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDING TO THE CtTY COUNCIL APPROVAL OF A TENTATIVE MAP FOR LAGUNA RIVIERA, UNITS 4 THROUGH 9
WHEREAS, the Carlsbad City Planning Commission did recc

fji\UNITS NO. 4 THROUGH 9, submitted by KAMAR CONSTRUCTlON COMPANY,

WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did consider the Tent:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Tentative Map 0

8. The subdivision design as proposed, generally,complies

the standards of the City of Carlsbad. Lots 288 and 28
appear to have 55 feet, plus measured tangent to the se
line. Since they appear to have in excess of 110 percen
the required area, they shall be approved as submitted.

9. Proposed street widths as submitted are satisfactory; o

25. Complete plans and specifications shall be submitted as
required for checking and approval, before constructior
any improvements is commenced. The subdivider shall h:
the original drawings revised to reflect as-built condi
prior to acceptance of the subdivision improvements by
City.
AND FINALLY RESOLVED, that a copy of this resolution be
forwarded to the City Council of the City of Carlsbad for its
attention, in the manner prescribed by law.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of th
Carlsbad City Planning Commission, held on the 8th day of July
1969, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Commissioners Palmateer, Little, Dewhurst, Herm!
and Jose.
NOES: None
ABSENT: Commissioners Forman and Gullett
