WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 91
the Planning Commission did on August 26, 1969 hold a duly no.
public hearing to consider the application of PACrFtC TELEPHOI
COMPANY for A Conditional Use Permit for the purpose of allow
the expansion of existing telephone company facilities locatec
3368 Harding Street, on the following described property:
A portion of Tract 113 of Carlsbad Lands, in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State 'of California,
being Parcel 10, Book 204, Page 110 of the Assessor's
Map of San Diego County;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commissi

the City of Carlsbad that it does hereby grant a Conditional 1
Permit on said property Rr the purpose of allowing the expansi

1. That future expansion of the existing use be within
the required setback lines and ultimate lot coverag
does not exceed sixty (.60) percent, as required in
the R-3 Zone;
2. That the City of Carlsbad parking requirements be

4. That suitable landscaping be planted and irrigated
in conformance with a p'lan approved by the City's
Planning Department, and said landscaping shall be
a combination of shrubs and trees;
5. That arrangements be made with the City Engineer for
future installation of a standard street light in thc
public right-of-.way.
