HomeMy WebLinkAbout1969-10-28; Planning Commission; Resolution 638?- a 11 0 0 I il RLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTlON NO. 638 I i 11 i 1 2l 3 A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNClL A SPECIFIC PLAN, ON PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF ADAMS STREET AND CHINQUAPIN .AVENUE The Carlsbad City Planning Commission does hereby resolv 4//as fol lows: 5 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did on the 28th day of 6 October, 1969, hold a duly noticed public hearing pursuant to 7! provisions of Ordinance No. 9060, to consider a Specific Plan 81 real property in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, St i g,of California, commonly known as the Northwest Corner of Adams i 101 Street and Chinquapin Avenue, and more particularly described j 11 i County, and'more particularly described in application 3.3 j Book 206,'Page 5 of the Assessor's Map of San Diego i of San Diego, State of California, being Parcel 3, 12 j The Easterly 100 feet of that Portion of Tract 237 of i Thum Lands Map 1681, in the City of Carlsbad, County I on file in the City Planning Office. 14 i i Is i I WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and consid I/ 161 the testimony and arguments, if any, of all persons who desire b to exist which make the approval of a Specific Plan necessary 18 7 e heard, said Commission did find the following facts and rea carry out the provisions and general purpose of Ordinance No. 19 I 20 21 I 1.
