A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBRP ClTY PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL A PRE-ANNEXATION CHA
OF ZONE FROM COUNTY ZONING TO P-C (PLANNED COMMUNITY)
AND ADOPTION OF A MASTER PLAN, ON PROPERTY LOCATED EA
INTERSTATE 5 AT POINSETTIA LANE AND BETWEEN CARLSBAD
BOULEVARD AND THE A.T.&S.F. RAILROAD AT POINSETTIA LA
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No,
