A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD CITY PLANNING COMMlSStON DENYING A VARIANCE TO PERMIT AN INCREASE IN THE MAXIMU
SIGN AREA ALLOWED, 0.N P-ROPERTY LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SI
OF MARRON ROAD, WEST OF EL CAMINO REAL
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 2
4lPlanning Commission did on December 9, 1969 hold a duly noti
5,public hearing to consider the application of CENTRAL FEDERP
