A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL AN
AMENDMENT TO THE GENERAL PLAN (CITY COUNCIL RESOLUTI
NO. 1271), FOR PROPERTY OWNED BY ALLAN 0. KELLY AND
L.R. PARTNERSHIPy CONTAI'NING APPROXIMATELY 47 ACRES
LOCATED SOUTH OF EL CAMINO REAL AND EAST OF THE SOU1

5 WHEREAS, said Planning Commission did on the 9th day (
6 December, 1969, hold a duly advertised public hearing as prc
by law, to consider the request of ALLAN 0. KELLY AND L.R. I
SHIP for an Amendment to the General Plan, by adopting EXHI
