A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD CITY PLANNING COMMISSION DENYING A VARIANCE.TO PERMIT AN'INCREASE IN THE -MAXIMUM SIGN AREA AND SIGN HEIGHTS ALLOWED ON PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LOWDER LANE AND PALOMAR AIRPORT ROAD
