VINZA 71 the Planning Commission did on January 13, 1970 hold a duly n' for a Variance in required sideyard setback from 6 feet to 2 91 and, required distance between structures from 10 feet to 8 f 101'on real property in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego 111 of California, at 5234 Carlsbad Boulevard, between Cannon Roa 12i Cerezo Drive, more particularly described as: jl (I i ~ 73 ;j - Lot 46 of Terramar Unit No. 1, Map No. 289.6, in I ~ 3.4 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 :j I I I. WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and COI ing the testimonary and arguments, if any, of all persons who desired to be heard, said Commission did find the following fl and reasons to exist which make the granting of a Variance necessary to carry out the provisions and,general purpose of Ordinance No. 9060: 1. That the granting of such Variance will not be detrimental the public welfare or injurious to the property or improver in such vicinity and zone in which the property is located 2. That the granting of such Variance will not adversely affec Comprehensive General Plan. 3. That the Variance shall be granted only for a gBrage, to br constructed in the location as shown on the applicant's skt Exhibit A, attached.
