A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD'GRANTING A VARIANCE FOR FRONT AND REAR YARD
ON'PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE WESTERLY SIDE OF OCEAN STREET AT THE WESTERLY TERMINUS OF BEECH AVENUE

1. For a six-story structure, five (5) feet does not provic the necessary room for utilization of ladders by'Fire DE ment personnel.
