DI.NDZ 711 for a Reclassification of Zone from R-1 and R-P to Residential I 8i1 Density-Multiple (RD-M)Zone, on property in the City of CarlsE I 9il located on the West side of Roosevelt Street, between Chestnut i 10 I1 ~ Magnolia Avenues, and more particularly known as: II I I 12 i ! 13 iI /I 15 I) 14 '1 15 j That Portion of Lot I, Tract 107, Carlsbad Acre Tract, Map 775, and Lots 25, 26 and 27, Map 535, in fhe City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, being Parcels 5 and 14, Book 204, Page 16, of the Assessor's Map of San Diego County, more particularly described in application on file in the City Planning Office. WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and con 17 li ing the testimony and arguments, .. if any, of all persons who de 18 19 20 to be heard, said Commission did find the following facts and to exist which make the recommending of this application for C of Zone necessary to carry out the provisions and general purp Ordinance No. 9060: 21i 1. 22 23 j The proposed use is in conformance with the General P I I 2.
