A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
GRANTING A VARIANCE ON PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE NORTH-
WESTERLY CORNER OF OCEAN STREET AND GRAND AVENUE, FOR
REDUCTION OF THE SOUTH SIDEYARD SETBACK
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. S
4jithe Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad did on July 28,
5lhold a duly noticed public hearing to consider the application

on file in the office of the Planning Department.
WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and consi

3. That grading plans for Grand Avenue (40 ft. wide) anc
all work within the public right-of-way, shall be suk
to approval by the City's Enyineeriny Department.
4. That all new offsite and onsite. utilities for this
project shall be placed underground.
5. That the applicant shall enter into a future 2-mprover
agreement with .the City of Carlsbad for the installal
of public improvements and undergrounding of utilitit
on Ocean Street, for the full width of subject propej
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of
Carlsbad City Planning Commission held on the. 28t.h day of Jul!
