A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
GRANTING A VARIANCE ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1310 KNOWLE$
AVENUE, BETWEEN ELMWOOD STREET AND GREGORY DRIVE, ALLOWING THE REDUCTION IN REQUIRED LOT WIDTH FROM 60.0~ FEET TO 55.00 FEET TO CREATE A LOT SPLIT
