A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
DENYING A CHANGE OF ZONE FROM R-1-15,000 TO R-3 (RESID 1 MULTIPLE)ZONE ON PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF I1 PARK DRIVE BETWEEN COVE A'ND MARINA DRIVES

3 WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No.9060

Planning Commission did on September 22, 1970 hold a duly noti
