A RESOLUTION GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT ON
PROPERTY COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE THUNDERBIRD RANCH,
4539 'EL CAMINO REAL, CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 906(

Dedicate sufficient additional right-of-way to the City

required by City Ordinance and the City Engineer; said
