GEYER, Owner, on property described as: 7 1, 8 11 91 lo /I A portion of Lot 28 , Seaside Lands, Map 1722, and alsc being Assessor Parcel 17, Page 101, Book 203, in the City of Carlsbad, County of'San Diego, State of Califc and more particularly described in application on file in the City Planning Department. 11 Copy of said Specific Plan is attached hereto and designated i 11 12 'follows: Exhibit "A" -. Specific Plan, dated October 4, 1970 13 prepared By Minor U. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commis: I 23 ouncil adoption of the Specific Plan (Exhibit A) on said pro1 24 the City of Carlsbad that it does hereby recommend to the Citi i ubject to the following conditions and limitations: 25 Subject properly shall be developed in conformance wii .27 26 1- Specific Plan - Exhibit "A", prepared by Minor U. MeeE Building Designer, dated October 4, 1970. Those areas shown in GREEN on said Exhibit A shall be scaped in conformance with City Ordinance No. 9181. The following items as required by the City of Carlsbad with City' standards and as approved by the City Enginee Engineering Department shall be developed in conformanc a. Dedicate eight(8) feet of additional right-of-way f the widening of Roosevelt Street; b. Construct full-width Portland Cement sidewalk along Roosevelt Street frontage of subject parcel and clo the unused driveway; 8 C. Provide treewell and Parks Department-approved stre tree in said sidewalk; 9 d. All utility services to proposed building shall be 10 11 installed underground; ~ and further, that the following Conditions, Items d. and f. c 111 Condition No. 4 of staff report dated October 4, 1970, and as required by the City Engineer, shall be referred to the City Council for their action and decision: l2 // l3 I 14 I 15 16 a. File a Parcel Map, if a Record Map has not been fil with the County Recorder; b. Install ornamental street light on Beech Avenue and enter into future street agreement for ornamental street lights on Roosevelt Street.
