A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD AN AMENDMENT TO ARTICLE 13.75 OF
ORDINANCE N0.9060(PLANNED COMMUNITY 'ZONE)
