oils which, upon being consumed, shall not have a SI content exceeding .50 percent; being that percentagt
commonly associated with the term "Low Sulphur Fuel

Provisions for fire protection shall be as required the City Fire Department.
Screening and landscaping shall be as proposed on
Exhibi t "A" , and a full coverage irrigation system
be constructed.
All grading shall be done in accordance with a Grad
Plan, approved by the city Engineer and a qualified
enginee~. UP~H Clampletion of grading, the sorlIs el
shall certify that the grading has be.en completed i
cordance with said Grading Plan and the City's grac
ordinance.
5. That provisions be made , satisfactory to the City
Engineer, to permit passage of the design storm wai
