3 WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 9Of
A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
DENYING AN APPLICATION FOR VARIANCE TO ALLOW REDUCTION
IN NUMBER OF OFF-STREET PARKING SPACES REQUIRED, AT 2945
STATE STREET, BETWEEN ELM AND GRAND AVENUES
