3 WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 90(
GRANTING A PRE-ANNEXATIONAL CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT ON
PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF EL CAMINO
REAL AND PALOMAR AIRPORT ROAD

Subject property shall be developed in conformance witi
Master Plan(E.xhibit "A"), and proposed Residential use:

Final road locations and widths shall be subject to ret

Consideration regarding protection of the existing Buel:

Sewer service shall be provided by the City of Carlsbac
