A RBSOLUIPION RECOMMENDING ADOPTION OF A SPECIFIC PLAN FOR A 33-UNIT APARTMENT COMPLEX AND REDUCTION IN
REQUIRED SIDEYARD SETBACK FOR COVERED PARKING FACILITY
ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE SOUTHERLY TERMINUS OF
MARINA DRIVE
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did on March 23, 1971
