2 WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 906C

Planning Commission did on April 13, 1971 hold a public hear

consider the application of THOMAS L. LOPEZ for Conditional 1
Permit to allow the construction and temporary use of a 30 ft
6 90 ft. metal packing and storage shed at 426 Chestnut Avenue,
7 24.T.GS.F. Railroad right-of-way and Tyler Street, more partic ’ described as:
