RAILROAD - 3 WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 9060 4 Olive Avenue, and more particularly described as: 9 Street and A.T.&S.F. Railroad right-of-way, better known as 3( 8 on real property on the North side of Olive Drive, between Gal ? Change of Zone from R-1 to RD-M(Residentia1 Density-Multiple); 6 hearing to consider the application of DALE M. WHITTAKER for i 5 Planning Commission did on April 13, 1971 hold a duly noticed /I 10 11 12 Southeasterly one-half of the Northeasterly one-half of Lot 2 in Block “U” of Palisades No. 2 Map No. 183, in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California; also being Parcel 11, Book 206, Page 9, of the Assessor‘s Map of San Diego County. 13 WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and consider 14 be heard, said Commission did find the following facts and rei 15 the testimony and arguments, if any, of all persons who desire 16 necessary to carry out the provisions and general purpose of l7 /to exist wh2ch make the approval of application for change of Ordinance No. 9060:. l8 19 1. Inasmuch as the property lies within an area rezoned to RL by Planning Commission action in 1970, this request is prc and in the best interests of the neighborhood, and the corn 21 2.
