A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING TO CITY COUNCIL A CHANGE OF
ZONE FROM R-1 TO RD-M(Residentia1 Density-Multip1e)ZONE
ON PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF OLIVE DRIVE,
BEcJ‘WEEN GARFIELD STREET AND A.T.&S.F. RAILROAD -
3 WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 9060

Olive Avenue, and more particularly described as: 9
Street and A.T.&S.F. Railroad right-of-way, better known as 3( 8
on real property on the North side of Olive Drive, between Gal ?

Southeasterly one-half of the Northeasterly one-half of
Lot 2 in Block “U” of Palisades No. 2 Map No. 183, in
the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of
California; also being Parcel 11, Book 206, Page 9, of
the Assessor‘s Map of San Diego County.
13 WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and consider
