A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
DENYING A CHANGE OF ZONE FROM R-A-10,.000 TO C-2(General Commercial) ZONE, ON PROPERTY LOCATED ON NORTHWEST QUADR,
OF INTERSTATE 5 AND CANNON ROAD
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No.9061
