LEFFERDINK, owner and BRISTOL DEV I 7/ichannel and adjacent to the community boat launching facility, '/iLots 16 and 17 of Shelter Cove Map No. 5162. lo I 9 il WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did consider the Tentati Map as submitted, comprised of two(2) lots; and 11 12 13 i WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did take into considerat the reports of various City agencies and utility companies; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Tentative Map be 3.4, //recommended for approval, subject to the following conditions I 15 materials with the proposed apartment design. 20 shall be in conformance with City ordinances and approvec 19 18 2.
