A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING TO CITY COUNCIL APPROVAL OF
A TENTATIVE MAP FOR IO-UNIT, 11-LOT CONDOMINIUM
DEVELOPMENT, TO BE KNOWN AS CARLSBAD TRACT NO. 71-1
