A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD CITY PLANNING COMMISSIO.
RECOMMENDING APPROVAL TO CITY COUNCIL OF A PRE-
ANNEXATIONAL CHANGE OF ZONE FROM COUNTY R-4 AND CITY R-A-IO,OUU TO PLANNED COMMUNITY (PmC)ZONB AND,
ADOPTION OF A MASTER PLAN, FOR AN 81-UNIT CONDOMIUM
ON PROPERTY LOCATED ADJACENT TO SOUTH BOUNDARY OF
SOUTH CARLSBAD STATE BEACH CAMPGROUND, WEST OF
OLD HIGHWAY 101
5 WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 906
