A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING AMENDMENT OF ORDINANCE NO.
9060, ARTICLE 14, CONDITIONAL USE, SECTION 1400,
SUBSECTION 2, ITEM h., REGARDING OVERNIGHT CAMPSITES

The Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad DOES
RESOLVE as follows:

WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did on the 23rd day

WHEREAS, said Planning Commission did on the 11th day
May, 1971 hold a duly advertised public hearing as prescribed
Law to consider an amendment to Ordinance No. 9060, by amendi
Article 14, Section 1400, Subsection 2, Item h., to read as f
"All overnight campsites shall comply with the follow
conditions :
"(a) Any campsite shall be located in, adjacent to,

facts and reasons to exist which make said Amendment necessa
/I carry out the provisions and general purpose of Ordinance No. 28

flexibility desired in the existing ordinance by allo
privately-owned land and privately-owned and operateci
recreational campground facilities to be developed.

1 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said Amendment to

2, Item h., of the City of Carlsbad, is hereby recommended as 3
Ordinance No. 9060, by amending Article 14, Section 1400, Sub
