A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL APPROVAL OF A CHANGE OF ZONE FROM M (MANUFAC- TURING) TO RD-M (RESIDENTIAL DENSITY-MULTIPLE) ZONE, or4 PROPERTY NORTH OF CHESTNUT AVENUE, AND BETWEEN TYLER STREET AND A.T. & S.F. RAILROAD
