I I 51 6l e e PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 714 A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL APPROVAL OF A CHANGE OF ZONE FROM M (MANUFAC- TURING) TO RD-M (RESIDENTIAL DENSITY-MULTIPLE) ZONE, or4 PROPERTY NORTH OF CHESTNUT AVENUE, AND BETWEEN TYLER STREET AND A.T. & S.F. RAILROAD The Carlsbad City Planning Commission of the City of Car I 711 does hereby resolve as follows: /j 811 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did on the 22nd day of 91 1971, adopt Resolution of Intention No. 79 and, ā€˜I i [I !I 10 I 11 WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 906 111 the Planning Commission did on July 13, 1971 hold a duly notic 12i public hearing to consider a Change of Zone from (M) Manufactu 131 :i to RD-M (Residential Density-Multiple) Zone on real property i 141 City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, c 151 11 ly known as property north of Chestnut Avenue, between Tyler S 161 and the A.T. & S.F. Railroad right-of-way, more particularly k :I 17 18 19 20 21 22 I I i as: Lots 9, 10, and 11, Industrial Tract, Map No. 1743 - All in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, also being known as assessor parcel numbers 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 page 070, assessor book 209.
