WHEREAS, pursuant to the provision of Ordinance No. 9060,

Planning Commission did on July 27, 1971, hold a duly noticed

12 the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California

I WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and consider,

/be heard, said Commission did find the following facts and rea! 16
