A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD CITY PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL A CHANGE OF ZONE FROM
OF A SPECIFIC PLAN ON PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE 4 OF CHERRY AVENUE BETWEEN CARLSBAD BOULEVARD AND GARFIELD STREET 5
6 WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 9060,
