A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD CITY PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDING DENIAL OF A CHANGE OF ZONE FROM R-1-10,000
DENIAL OF A SPECIFIC PLAN, ON PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE 4 SOUTHEAST CORNER OF HIGHLAND DRIVE AND MAGNOLIA AVENUE
