A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL DENIAL OF A CHANGE OF ZONE FROM R-P (RESIDENTIAL-PROFESSIONAL TO C-M (HEAVY CONIMERCIAL - LIMITED INDUSTRIAL ZONE) OM CERTAIN PROPERTIES LOCATED OW THE NESTERLY SIDE OF ROOSEVELT, SOUTH OF LAGUNA DP.IVE AND NORTH OF BEECH AVENUE
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 9060:
