7 WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No, 906

the City of Carlsbad that it does hereby recommend the appl
for change of zone for the adoption of an amendment to Ordi
No. 9060 changing the zone from R-1 to RD-M on said propert
subject to the following conditions:
A. That the City be given the option of purchasing the 4.2
