NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commissio I 1; 2 I/ 3 I/ i il Ij 4 I/ 5 6 9 the City of Carlsbad that it does hereby recommend the appl for change of zone for the adoption of an amendment to Ordi No. 9060 changing the zone from R-1 to RD-M on said propert subject to the following conditions: A.
