A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD CITY PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL APPROVAL OF A TENTATIVE MAP FOR LOMA LAGUNA, CARLSBAD TRP,CT 71 -5
