A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD CITY PLANNING COMMISSION GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A NURSING HOME USED IN CONNECTION WITH THE EXISTING
WEST CORNER OF CARLSBAD BOULEVARD AND GRAND AVENUE RESIDENTIAL CARE FACILITY, TO BE LOCATED ON THE SOUTH-
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 9060,

LUTHERAN HOMES for a Conditional Use Permit for the purposes of 9
duly noticed public hearing to consider the application of CALI 8
