PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 734 -
A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD CITY PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL APPROVAL OF A PORTION
OF AN AMENDMENT TO A SPECIFIC PLAN, ORDINANCE NO. 9263
PLAN ON PROPERTY LOCATED SOUTHERLY OF TAMARACK AVENUE AND EASTERLY OF THE INT€RSTATE-5 FREEWAY RIGHT-OF-NAY
AND KNIAL OL‘ A PORTION OF AN AM€NBMENT TO A SPECIFIC
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 90E
the Planning Commission did on October 26, 1971, hold a duly nc
public hearing to consider the application by HEATH & COMPANY,
Agents for Thrifty Realty Company and Safeway Stores, Inc. for
Amendment to a Specific Plan , Ordinance No. 9263, on real propc
in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of Califorr
more particularly described as:
Parcels 1 , 2, and 3 of Parcel Map #501 filed in the office of the County Recorder of San Diego
County, April 19, 1971, Recorder’s File No. 75862 in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California; Also known as Parcel 13, Page 05, Book 206, of the Assessor’s Map of San Diego County; more particularly described in application on file in the City Planning Office.

WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and consic

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commissiol

1971, by the following vote, to-wit: 8
Carlsbad City Planning Commission, held on the 26th day of Octo1 7
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at the regular meeting of 6
plan, Ordinance 9263.
