I WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and consic the testimony and arguments, if any, of all persons who desirec heard, said Commission did find the following facts and reason: exist which make the approval of a portion of the application 1 Amendment to a Specific Plan, Ordinance 9263, necessary to car) the provisions and general purpose of Ordinance No. 9060: Reasons for Approval of a Portion of an Amendment to a Specific 1. The proposed amendment is in conformance with the Carlsbad ordinance 9224. 2. The location of the proposed Thrifty sign will not be detr. to the surrounding properties. 3.
