I e * PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 748 A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD CITY PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A TENTATIVE MAP OF BRISTOL REGENCY, CARLSBAD TRACT 71-7 WHEREAS, the Carlsbad City Planning Commission did receive 6 and 68 of Shelter Cove Map No. 5162. 9 subdivider, on property located on Park Drive, being lots 65, 6 8 Carlsbad Tract 71-7, submitted by DIFCON, INCORPORATED, owner a 7 January 11, 1972, a Tentative Map, to be known as Bristol Regel: i 10 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did considex the Tentativ 11 as submitted, comprised of one lot; and 12 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did take into considerati 15 the reports of the various City agencies and utility companies; 14 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Tentative Map be IS 16 I l7 j/ 18 jj .! 19 jj I/ 20 Ij I! approved for ithe following reasons and subject to the followins conditions: Reasons of Approval 1. The proposed d,evelopment will be compatible with the surrou properties. 2. The proposed development meets criteria set forth in Articl 21. j/ (R-W) Residential-Waterway Zone, Section 950 of Ordinance 9 I 22 !i i/ and Chapter 21.22 of Title 21 (R-W Zone) of t.he Municipal C 23 ij Ii 24 11 25/1 3. The proposed development is in conformance with the City of and satisfies requirements of the City of Carlsbad Subdivis Ordinance 9050. ii 26 ti i fI Carlsbad General Plan and the Housing Element. il /I 2y 11 -Conditions of Approval 28/1 1.
