A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL AN AMEND-
MENT TO THE CIRCULATION ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL PLAN
(CITY COUNCIL RESOLUTION NO. 1271) I FOR BERNARD CITRON
ON PROPERTY LOCATED EAST OF JEFFERSON BETWEEN HIGHWAY
