HomeMy WebLinkAbout1972-01-11; Planning Commission; Resolution 752F " ' - c - 4 " 1% - ii I/ !I 11 I! i i! 1 i! ii I\ /i 2 11 31: 4 II ii 51 I 6 e e PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 752 A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD CITY PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL AN ADOPTION OF A SPECIFIC PLAN FOR GRADING ON PROPERTY LOCATED EAST OF JEFFERSON STREET BETWEEN HIGHWAY 78 AND NORTH OF THE PROPOSED MARROB ROAD " WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 906C 71 Commission did on January 11, 1972, hold a duly noticed public 8 Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code, the Carlsbad City Pla to consider the application of BERNARD CITRON for Adoption of 9 10 Specific Plan for Grading on real property on the easterly sid 11 Jefferson Street between Highway 78 and the proposed Marron Rc 12 and more particularly described as follows: 13 Portions of Lots 16 through 22 and a portion I l4 I of Lots 32 through 39 of Hosp Eucalyptus Forest 3.5 16 Company's Tract in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, according to l7 /j 19 j WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and conside Map 1136 filed in the office of the County Re- 18 !j corder of San Diego County, June 8, 1908. ! i/ -2o/j the testimony and arguments, if any, of all persons who desire 21jlbe heard, said Commission did find the following facts and rei 1) to exist which make the approval of the application for a Spec I! 1; 23'1 Plan for Grading necessary to carry out the provisions and gel 24\ipurpose of Ordinance No. 9060 and Title 21 of the Carlsbad Mu1 25 /i Code: 22 1: ii 11 I; ! 2611 1. That landscape and sprinkler plans shall be submitted for approval by the Parks & Recreation Director. on a11 'cut -and fil slopes, as each phase of development occurs in connection with any application for rezoning. 2. That a grading plan for this area shall be in conformance with the Citg of Carlsbad Grading Ordinance and subject to approval of the City Engineer.
