The proposed specific plan meets criteria set forth in 25i/ of Carlsbad P-C (Planned Communi.ty) ordinance and with Ordi 2eii 9290 ado-pting the Planned Community ordinance for the subjc 271j 2. The proposed development is in conformance with the Hot Element and the General Plan of the City of Carlsbad. 33. I I; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commis! That Exhibit C (3 sheets) shall be accepted as the landscap 5 i scape and irrigation system plans shall be submitted to the 6 concept for the Campobello Development, and that detailed land- 1 Department of Parks and Recreation for approval prior to instal 7 I! 8 9 10 11 12 13 Maintenance schedules delineating responsibility for maintainin of said landscaping shall be incorporated and approved as an it within the property owners' association documents. 2.
