5 '1 WHEREAS, the Carlsbad City Planning Commission did receiv
6 January 25, 1972, a tentative map of Carlsbad Tract 72-2 submi

located east of Interstate-5, midway between Palomar Airport R 8
Pacific Scene, developer, and Financial Scene, owner, on prope
and Poinsettia Lane, said1 property being a portion of La Costa 9
lo Unit No. 1, Map No. 2013, in the City of Carlsbad, County of S
11 Diego, State of California.
12 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did consider the tentati
13 as submitted, comprised of 340 lots; and 326 dwelling units;
14 WHEREAS, the Pjanning Commission did take into considerat

issuance of any grading permit.
13. That all sewer and drainage facilities shall be construct1
in accordance with the City of Carlsbad design criteria and as
approved by the City Engineer.
14. That all water systems will be designed, constructed and

15. A reinforced concrete box culvert shall be constructed by
developer to accommodate drainage requirements for the Encina
at Lowder Lane.
