1 A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD CITY PLANNING COMMISSION ii RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A TENTATIVE MAP OF CARLSBAD TRACT 72-1

5 WHEREAS, the Carlsbad City Planning Commission did receive

portion of Ttact 124 Carlsbad Land Map 1661. 9
on property located at the northerly end of Monroe Street, bei 8
72-1 submitted by KAMAR CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, owner and subdiv 7
January 25, 1972, a Tentative Map, to be known as Carlsbad Tra
10 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did consider the Tentative
11 as submitted, comprised of 33 lots; and
12 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did take into consideratio
13 the reports of the various City agencies and utility companies

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Tentative Map be
approved subject to the following conditions and for the follo
reasons:
Reasons of Approval :
1. The subject tentative map is in conformance with the zone
character of the neighborhood.

251 1. That the tentative map shall be subject to the Parks dedic

291' 3. That a 5' street tree easement be provided on all lots bal

AND FINALLY RESOLVED, that a copy of this resolution be for
to the City Council of the City of Carlsbad for its attention,
the manner prescribed by law.
