k RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAB CITY PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDING AN AMENDMENT TO THE CITY OF CARLSBAD ORDINANCE NO. 9060, SECTION 1511; MUNICIPAL CORE!
TITLE 21, CHAPTER 21.44, SECTION 21.44.130 REGARDING.
OFF-STREET RESIDENTIAL PARKING
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did on the 9th day of Novem
1971, adopt Resolution of Intention No. 81 to amend said ordina

WHEREAS, said Planning Commission did on the 8th day of Febr
1972, hold a duly advertised public hearing as prescribed by la
to consider an amendment to the City of Carlsbad Ordinance No.
Section 1511; Municipal Code, Title 21, Chapter 21.44, Section
130 Parking spaces required for dwelling units, to read as foll
Use - Dwellings, one, two-family or multiple
1) Studio and one bedroom 1.50 spaces/unit
2) Two bedroom 1.75 spaces/unit
3) Three bedroom and more 2.00 spaces/unit
Tandem parking within the front yard setback shall be permit
for those substandard frontage lots with a width of less than f
Parking spaces required per dwelling unit

front yard building setback be no less than twenty feet.
Front yard building setbacks for second and third floors in
