5 WHEREAS, the Carlsbad City Planning Commission did receive 1

submitted by ROBERT L. MEANS, owner and subdivider, on propert: 7
February 8, 1972, a Tentative Map, to be known as Carlsbad Trac
WHEREAS, the Pla.nning Commission did consider the Tentative 9

15 Reasons of Approval:
16 1. The subject tentative map conforms to the P-C Zone and to

2411 1. That the tentative map shall be subject to the Parks Dedic
