A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY couwcIL CHANGE OF
ZONE FROM R-3 TO C-2 AND ADOPTION OF A SPECIFIC PLAN, ON PROPERTY LOCATED BETWEEN PI0 PIC0 DRIVE AND OAK AVENUE

of California, according to amended map of the
Town of Carlsbad, being Map No, 775, filed in
the office of the County Recorder of San Diego
County, February 15, 1894, more completely des-
cribed in application on file in the City Plan-
